How much does it cost to raft?

Typically the cost of of rafting trips vary due to several factors. Some factors that may impact cost include: the time of year, the day of the week, size of your party, river section or sections, trip length, and time on water. Our rafting prices are competitive but vary year to year and time of season.

Peak summer season versus spring and fall

It is less expensive to raft during the spring and fall during the shoulder seasons. April rafting is often discounted but the water is colder. Rafting in May prior to Memorial Day Weekend is also a bargain and the water is not as cold but is still cooler than peak season. While schools are out from early June through early August prices are higher but water is warmer. Rafting after Labor Day is often quite a bargain but the water is still warm. Fall rafting features warmer water than the opening spring season.

Sundays and weekdays are rafting bargains

Sundays and weekday rafting trips are also bargains compared to busy Saturdays. Those looking to combine river play and more frugal pricing should consider rafting on weekdays. Enjoy less river traffic and more time for river play and surfing.

Larger parties enjoy lower rates

Prices are discounted for groups over one dozen with a steeper discount for groups over two dozen.

Trip length and river section

We offer five mile and ten mile trips on the Ocoee River. Full river rafting trips cover ten miles of the Ocoee River’s class III and IV rapids and costs more than our half day Middle Ocoee trips. All of our rafting trips include river play and surfing. When determining the value of your rafting adventure.
